Sage Smudge sticks 230x60mm, weight 142g

White Sage Smudge sticks are used to cleanse places before meditaion and spiritual prayer. They remove negative energy and purify the environment.

Method:

• Light your sage stick and fan or blow the smoke.

• Allow the smudge stick to smolder in the selected room as you fan the swirls of smoke around the room and your body. Make sure to catch the ash in a bowl.

• Place un-used sage into sand to extinguish the fire for later use.
