Soil makes up the literal ground we stand on, the Earth is our home and our environment and we have a powerful connection to her. Many crystals come from deep within the earth, they are formed using that deep earth energy so it is natural for most of them to love being in the ground!
Bury your crystals underground for 24 hours. This allows the earth to absorb any unwanted energy and refresh the crystals.
You can keep this really simple, or you can make a little bit of a ritual of the burying, it's up to you!
Soil should be safe for most crystals, the thing to take care of is to check the weather prior to burying your crystals, as rain might damage your crystals.

Also, take care to make a note about when and where you buried them, maybe in your journal, in your phone, or on your calendar so that you don't forget to dig up your crystals again!
